Inspection of existing roof sheet metal replacing any caulking where/if needed, or if necessary replacing any damaged metal. Reinstall drain lines and blocking to HVAC units.

Paint curb tops, drain assemblies, wall copings, and gas lines to improve overall appearance of the roof. Reinstall drain lines and blocking to HVAC units.
Sustainable Roof Coatings
Evaluate roof using infrared camera (Thermo-Scans) to detect any moisture existing under the roof. Unstop gutters and downspouts. All, if any, wet insulation must be removed and replaced. The roof is pressure washed with hot water removing any dirt debris and contaminants from the roof surface. Any other needed repairs after pressure washing, such as curb, wall, and gravel stop flashings, wall copings, pitch pockets, roof drains. Top off pitch pockets to ensure watertight seal. Paint all curb-tops, drain assemblies, wall copings, and gas lines, improving overall appearance of roof. Install a sustainable roof coating meeting manufacturer warranty specifications. Reinstall drain lines and blocking to HVAC units.
